When most people get angry, you can usually see it in there face. Their face turns red and they can't control their temper. They don't realize what they are doing until they have done it. It's pretty scary when people who can't control their anger actually get angry since they can do something unexpected or start a big fight. I dont really act like that. I usually dont show my anger and try to solve my problems in my head. The only time i cant control my anger is if my sister or brother dont listen to me at a crucial moment. I would start yelling at them.

Yakov, you are right most people act aggressively, some passive and only very few know how to be assertive. The best way to communicate is to state your unhappiness in a calm even tone of voice and non demanding and non threatening way!! Would you want to listen and talk to a yelling person?

I recently noticed that when people are angry, they tend to find faults and shortcomings of everyone around them. All of the negative things that were normally ignored suddenly become more apparent and irritating, further fueling their anger... this cycle is hard to break.
Just imagine waking up with a stuffy nose and then stubbing your toe; the whole day is then ruined because of this horrible start.
I try to find a "reset"... like take a moment and start over again with a new inner feeling.

yes thats something that happens its easy to blame other people for your own faults. you are doing the right thing by taking a break and approaching it again.
